Lee Czocher is an appellate lawyer in Houston. She spent four years at the Supreme Court of Texas as senior staff attorney to Justice J. Brett Busby, and before that represented the State of Texas as an Assistant Solicitor General — including an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court and oral argument in the Supreme Court of Texas. She started in antitrust at White & Case in D.C., where she rebuilt the litigation team’s document-review tooling herself rather than wait for someone to do it for her. A habit, it turns out.
Now she teaches lawyers to use AI the way she uses it: verified, versioned, and on her own terms.
